Bob Davis/HPPS, recruited for several positions that I needed to fill while I was employed at NNDT. Several of the positions required highly specialized engineering expertise as well as a thorough understanding of FDA regulations regarding automated equipment used in the manufacturing and testing of specific medical devices. Due to these requirements, the pool of qualified candidates available was small and identifying candidates was challenging. Bob was very innovative and successful at finding applicants whose education and experience were close fits for the positions. In my first 18 months at NNDT, I hired 18 engineers and technicians, largely due to Bob’s excellent recruiting skills. Bob was extremely adept at finding just the right candidate to fill each position. He was more successful in finding appropriate candidates than any other recruiter that I have with.
